1. Instant Digital Delivery
All products on TheWisdomBee.com are delivered digitally. We do not ship physical packages to your billing or delivery address.
- How it works: Once your payment is successfully processed, you will be redirected to a download page immediately.
- Email Confirmation: You will also receive an automated email from our system (via Payhip) containing your unique download link or access credentials.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Standard Delivery: Within minutes of a successful transaction.
- Delays: In rare cases, payment verification (such as via PayPal or certain bank transfers) may take up to 24 hours. If you haven’t received your link after one hour, please check the steps in Section 4.
3. Accessing Your Files
- Download Limits: To protect our intellectual property, download links may have a limit on the number of times they can be clicked or an expiration date (usually 30 days). We recommend saving your files to your personal device (Cloud storage, Desktop, or Tablet) immediately upon receipt.
- Account Access: If you created an account at checkout, you can log in to your dashboard at any time to re-download your purchased wisdom.
4. Troubleshooting Delivery Issues
If you cannot find your download email, please follow these steps:
- Check your Spam/Junk folder: Automated emails are sometimes filtered by email providers.
- Verify your Email: Ensure there wasn’t a typo in the email address provided during checkout.
- Check your Promotions Tab: If you use Gmail, our “honey” sometimes ends up in the Promotions tab.
5. No Shipping Fees
Since all items are digital, there are zero shipping or handling fees for any orders placed on TheWisdomBee.com, regardless of your global location.
